While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us your Name or Alias. This is only stored on your own Device and We do not transfer it to any Service or Affiliate. You are not asked to provide a real name, only a set of characters to help you distinguish who You will be calculating Biorhythms for. You can Edit this information at any time.

The Personal Data you enter for the use of the Application is not collected, gathered, transferred or interpreted in any way.

Usage Data

No Usage Data is collected, stored or transferred when using the Application.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Individual will not use Your Personal Data for any purpose because no Personal Data is gathered from the Application.

Retention of Your Personal Data

There is no Retention Period for your Personal Data because no Personal Data is gathered, collected or transferred from You or your Device.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

We only ask You to provide a Date of Birth to calculate your Biorhythms according to it. Hence, no Data can be transferred to another Application or Service. We do not gather or collect any Personal Data from You.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

If We are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data will not be transferred as We do not collect any Personal Data from You. We will provide notice before the Application is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy. We will explicitly ask for your Consent for the new Privacy Policy if applicable.

Law enforcement

Under certain circumstances, the Developer may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency). However, no Personal Data is gathered, collected or transferred from this Application. We do not have any way to identify who is using the Application.

Other legal requirements

Since We do not collect any Personal Data from You, no other legal requirements apply. You are free to uninstall the Application at any time and all the Names, Alias or Dates of Birth that you introduced will be immediately deleted.

Children’s Privacy

Our Application can be used by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under or over the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian, You are solely responsible to decide whether he or she can download or use the Application.

If your Country of Residence requires consent from a parent to install an Application from the AppStore, You are solely responsible for it by using appropriate Parental Controls.

Our Application is suitable for children under the age of 13 as We do not collect, gather or transfer any Personal Data.
